Room downstairs in a building with shared access to W.C, Bicycle storage, and laundry room.
The room has just been painted and has new flooring. The price of the room is 56.000 per month.
The room is furnished with single beds, chair, table, microwave, fridge, and cabin with two doors. The room has access to shared w.c. (toilet and sink). You would have to use the shower in the public pool nearby or at the University.
Heating and electricity are included.
Only a non-smoking, orderly, and tidy person will be considered.
The building is 6 min. away on a bike from RU university. The address is Furugrund, 200 Kópavogur.
The location is great, not very far from RU, great communication with public transport and Bonus supermarket not far away.
The rent is paid 1st of every month.
Two-month deposit is kept by the landlord during all the renting period and refunded at departure when the room and mutual area are cleaned, checked for damage and keys returned.
