If you are impatient, it's probably the best to start meditating on your back. You just lie down with your arms and legs slightly spread. Your palms should be facing upwards, so you open up to the energies. Watch your breathing, but do not try to control it. Just let it flow as it wants. Follow it all the way in and out. If you get distracted, don't get irritated and go back to breathing. Do not judge or follow any feeling that arises. Just let it be as you keep watching your breath. It's just simple as that. The trick is to completely surrender your will. You don't want to control anything in your body. Just trust the process. Life always wants the best for you. It's our resistance to it, that makes everything painful. Another important thing is to not have any kind of expectations from meditation. Do not try to imagine yourself the result you should get from it. Just give it some time. Like with every practice you need to wait patiently for effects to show. I tried few meditations from him and they work well, but you have to pay for them. There are few that are available for free if you check out his blog on website mentioned above. Also one powerful and effective meditation that is available for free is Isha Kriya. You can just google it, but you need to be in crossed-legged posture, which can be difficult for the beginners, especially if you are impatient or you are not flexible. I would recommend to start with what I wrote in the first part. Ultimately every guided meditation will lead you to that process.
